XIX Annual Cumbre Juvenil | Justicia Integral: Rest, Restore, Resist

The Annual Cumbre Juvenil is a social justice conference for high school youth who speak Spanish. The Cumbre is a safe space to examine social justice issues and intersectionality for leadership, community, and movement building. We aim to strengthen communication between generations by empowering youth voices and authentically honoring cultural identities. Bus transportation begins at 9am, ACJ Opening Ceremony starts at 10am.

This year's ACJ is reserved for High School Students only and capacity is for 100 students, register now to save your spot!

The ACJ is open to youth of all genders, gender-identities, and expressions. This conference is centered for Indigenous/Chicanx/Xicanx youth and terminology for identity is for youth to explore for their own identity formation. This includes the spectrum of colonial identities such as Hispanic, Latino, and Mestizo. *Identity formation can be a tricky thing to navigate at any age, particularly as a youth - for this reason we are intentional of autonomy to explore and learn about your identity in this space. We are excited and incredibly grateful to announce that Boulder Valley School District will be supporting the Annual Cumbre Juvenil youth attendance by offering students FREE BUS TRANSPORTATION to the event at The Dairy Arts Center! Rides are TO the event ONLY and students must have permission slips and planned rides from the event ending at 3pm.

Registration via Eventbrite is required, as well as your . You will be prompted to select which school you would like to reserve a bus ride from. Bus transportation will be at 9 am. Students MUST have their own transportation home.

BVSD will be providing Bus Transportation starting at 9 am from the following BVSD schools:

Bus 1: Centaurus High

Bus 2: Fairview High & New Vista High

Bus 3: Arapahoe Ridge High & Boulder High
